We believe all of our products are great, but if something is just not right with them, we want you to reach out to us!
We will evaluate every request for returns and/or refunds on a case by case basis, within 14 days of your purchase.
If a return is accepted, the shipping cost for the return is not covered by Fun Sensory Play.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund or accept a return.
In the end, we want our customers to be satisfied!
DIGITAL PURCHASES – we do not offer refunds on digital products, unless there’s a problem with the actual download.

All orders are shipped from Canada, within Canada and to the United States. All orders are shipped with Canada Post/USPS.
You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has shipped. We ship all orders within 24-48hrs (during business days).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We charge a flat fee for all orders.
Free shipping is available to all qualifying Canadian & US orders over $75. Under $75 there is a flat fee of $10.
Please note that any customs/duty charges is the responsibility of the buyer.
