How to Play with the Animal Movement Cards
I’ll share a few ideas with you that you can try with the movement cards and cube.
- Print and laminate the cards for ease of use and durability.
- Put them in a box in your class or room. Let them kids know that if they need a body break to pick a card and move like the animal.
- Create a group game. Have a child pick a card and act out the animal without saying which animal it is. Have the kids guess which animal movement they are doing.
- You can also use the movement cube during circle time. One child throws the cube in the middle of the circle. Every child does the animal movement on the cube.
